Prosal started with two friends:

Ritika Bhardwaj, the zen master of operations, seamlessly navigates backend ops, project coordination, and email administration. Possessing an MBA in Human Resource Management, she excels in nurturing both her company's growth and her team's development. Whether meditating or dancing to 90's tunes, Ritika embodies versatility. Her ethos revolves around good karma and ensuring deadlines are met. Balancing professionalism with diverse interests, she describes herself as a spiritual foodie, harmonizing between spreadsheets and nachos. Beware, though: triggering her hangry side may awaken the project management warrior within.

Emmanuel is a seasoned project manager with expertise in overseeing project lifecycles and ensuring timely delivery. With a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a knack for setting and achieving goals, he consistently drives successful outcomes.

Outside of work, Emmanuel is a passionate football fan, supporting Manchester United. He also loves traveling and aims to visit as many countries as he can, indulging in diverse cultures and experiences.

Frank is a product designer with a background in visual design with extensive experience working on enterprise software for ventured backed teams at Huddle, Goliaths, Gamerabble and now Portal. Outside of design, Frank has a passion for gaming and coding iOS applications.

Danny Aguilas is a Software Developer for the Prosal Product Team. Danny has been a tech enthusiast with a focus on computer science since 2016, merging a passion for AI with proficient web development skills. As a software engineer, he thrives on tinkering with technology and exploring its limitless possibilities.

Preethi Ganesan is a Project Manager at Prosal, bringing a unique blend of analytical expertise and strategic thinking to her role. She holds a Master of Business Administration in Data Science. She firmly believes that 'The only source of knowledge is experience,' which drives her to upskill and innovate continuously. Apart from her professional pursuits, Preethi has a creative side, too - she finds joy in writing poetry and exploring the arts. She also loves the excitement of adventures outside of the office realm.

Ulises Aparicio is a passionate coder and QA Automation Engineer who dedicates his professional life to the pursuit of software excellence through automation. His commitment to quality and efficiency is evident in his work, where he leverages his extensive knowledge and skills to streamline testing processes and enhance product reliability. Beyond his professional pursuits, Ulises is an avid table tennis enthusiast, finding joy and relaxation in the fast-paced game. Brian is a current Finance Major at Lehigh University, and pursuing a double minor in Data Science and FinTech. He has a strong interest in market research and works with lots of data to best understand Prosal’s customer base. He has learned about different quantitative analysis techniques through business case studies and other work experiences on campus. When not working, you can find him competing on the squash court or playing basketball with friends.

With a passion for workflow methodology, code structure, and infrastructure design, Patricio Cardó has been pivotal in shaping our SaaS platform's technological foundation. His journey from a self-taught "webmaster" at 21 to a versatile full-stack developer demonstrates his adaptability and eagerness to tackle complex challenges.

Patricio's career is marked by entrepreneurial ventures and key industry positions, driven by his desire to make business operations simpler and more efficient through technology. A native Spanish speaker and an extreme sports enthusiast, especially in mountaineering, he brings a blend of perseverance, innovation, and a broad perspective to our team. His diverse interests, including various architectures, underline his holistic approach to problem-solving.

He is committed to self-transformation through continuous learning and traveling, which Alfredo has enjoyed as a globetrotting backpacker, cross-country road tripper, and backcountry hiker.

Nyle Malik is a multilingual computer engineer-turned entrepreneur whose main goal in life is never to stop learning.

Before Prosal, he focused on software development for tech companies in California. His personal experience working and living in three different countries has exposed him to the incredible breadth, yet sometimes linked, challenges that people worldwide face. With a background in machine learning, Nyle combines his technical ability with a desire for social change to create platforms for equitable solutions.

Nick Lopez is a mechanical engineer by training with a penchant for innovation and process improvement.

Nick has worked as an electro-mechanical engineer in the defense industry and is proficient in tech-focused skills, from 3D modeling to neural programming. Nick grew up in a Latinx household, speaks Spanish and Portuguese, and loves croquetas. His true source of fulfillment is helping build a better future for everyone.

Andrea Piñerua is a seasoned Organizational Psychologist from Venezuela with over 6 years in sales and strategic revenue growth. Her expertise spans various US industries, complemented by a rich background in recruitment and team formation. Outside of work, Andrea is passionate about the outdoors, yoga, and meditation.

Michael, our latest UX designer, is a senior pursuing a BS in Human Factors Engineering at Tufts University. With training in user-centered design and a background in studio art, Michael crafts visually captivating and intuitive digital experiences that seamlessly marry form and function. When he’s not designing you can find him hitting a wicked riff on the ukulele or playing competitive Spikeball.
