Alfredo Ramirez is a multilingual grassroots advocacy and digital strategy expert that has supported mission-driven organizations on the frontlines of changemaking.

Having served in leading roles at various organizations, Alfredo has spent a decade advocating for equitable solutions to global challenges from climate change and the gender wage gap to democracy in the U.S. and abroad. He is committed to self-transformation through continuous learning and traveling, which Alfredo has enjoyed as a globetrotting backpacker, cross-country road tripper, and backcountry hiker.

Nick Lopez is a mechanical engineer by training with a penchant for innovation and process improvement.

Nick has worked as an electro-mechanical engineer in the defense industry and is proficient in tech-focused skills, from 3D modeling to neural programming. Nick grew up in a Latinx household, speaks Spanish and Portuguese, and loves croquetas. His true source of fulfillment is helping build a better future for everyone.

Nyle Malik is a multilingual computer engineer-turned entrepreneur whose main goal in life is never to stop learning.

Before Prosal, he focused on software development for tech companies in California. His personal experience working and living in three different countries has exposed him to the incredible breadth, yet sometimes linked, challenges that people worldwide face. With a background in machine learning, Nyle combines his technical ability with a desire for social change to create platforms for equitable solutions.

Andrea Piñerua is a seasoned Organizational Psychologist from Venezuela with over 6 years in sales and strategic revenue growth. Her expertise spans various US industries, complemented by a rich background in recruitment and team formation. Outside of work, Andrea is passionate about the outdoors, yoga, and meditation.

Michael, our latest UX designer, is a senior pursuing a BS in Human Factors Engineering at Tufts University. With training in user-centered design and a background in studio art, Michael crafts visually captivating and intuitive digital experiences that seamlessly marry form and function. When he’s not designing you can find him hitting a wicked riff on the ukulele or playing competitive Spikeball.
