Close the Loop will ask users what RFPs they responded to based on platform activity, like downloading an RFP. With that information, we can better understand what RFPs our users want to see and deliver more RFPs like them.
Whether your agency responds to hundreds of RFPs quarterly or just a handful annually, this feature simplifies managing previous RFP engagements. Soon, you'll gain insights from comprehensive data and trends to refine your RFP and business development strategies.
We are committed to continuously improving our platform, and Close the Loop is a significant step forward in that direction. We understand feedback is crucial for our users so we will add a Feedback feature in November 2023. We’ve been fine-tuning our requests for feedback for months, which you can read about here, and average a 33% response rate to all our requests.
Exclusive to our premium users upon launch, this feature enables feedback requests to organizations from whom you've applied for RFPs but have yet to receive a response. This narrows the communication gap, equipping agencies with insights to optimize their proposal strategies.
